Gute Lage und sauber
Das Bett quietscht leider bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Hier müsste eventuell etwas nachgebessert oder geändert werden.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier - jeweils in verschiedenen Wohnungen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top, es gibt Parkplätze die zum Haus gehören, oft findet man auch noch näher einen Stellplatz, v.a. am Wochenende, wenn man keine Parkscheibe drehen muss ;-)
Die Hitze! die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist bei großer HItze leider kaum zu kühlen, als wir ankamen waren es 34 Grad in der Wohnung. Auch nachts schaffte es der Durchzug nicht bzw bei zu starkem Wind schien es uns doch sicherer die hohen Fenster zu schließen oder nur zu kippen. Es gibt einen Ventilator - der schafft es aber nur die warme Luft umzuverteilen -Kühlung erreicht er nicht. Wenn die Hitzeperioden zunehmen müsste man wohl über eine Kühlung/ KLimaanlage nachdenken

Top sauber, wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht.
Sehr hellhörig, ist aber wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau, ansonsten alles TOP
$$$$
