Welcome to Apartment SG69 – a unique, spacious residence offering great views of the Acropolis, Filopappou Hill, and even the sea!
With three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (plus WC), the apartment is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends who want to share a space without giving up comfort or privacy.
The apartment offers excellent internet speed and is fully air-conditioned. It is located on the 6th floor of a primarily office-use building with elevator access and is just a 14-minute walk from:
• Acropolis Museum
• The pedestrian path leading to Acropolis Hill
• The historic Plaka neighbourhood
Syngrou-Fix station (red line) is a 4-minute walk away, and across the street (Koukaki area) you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of shops.
Whether you are preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting out on the balcony, or relaxing in the living room, the apartment provides a comfortable urban setting to unwind during your time in Athens.
Early check in or late check out
Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 15:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out.

For arrivals after 21:00, we highly recommend our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will meet you at the airport, assist with your arrival, check you in, and provide useful information about the apartment and the local area at no extra charge.

We had an excellent experience with this host. We set up transportation with them to pick us up at the airport when we landed in Athens and then to take us back to the airport a few days later. Property was very clean and welcoming. Apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a small elevator. Full kitchen. Loved the balcony. View was amazing. Central location to bus stop. Walkable distance to the Acropolis. Air conditioning worked great. Only downsides were that it was on a very busy/noisy street and there was someone who was smoking on the stairs between the 5th and 6h floor so you could smell the smoke in the unit. The host has no control over these issues though so did not want to penalize them. Highly recommend this property! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a nice feature.

We were very impressed with the property. Jacob was flexible with our arrival and was very responsive to our questions. The apartment was great! The area was great.

GOOD: 1) lots of bathrooms for the 4 of us to choose from, nice showers. 2) Good air conditioning. 3) Nice patio with view of Acropolis in the distance. 3) Location not too far from Acropolis so could walk. 4) Prompt replies from host when we asked for items not originally provided. Was provided almost everything after asking except for wash cloths. Was told they are not provided and we could buy a sponge from the store. We had to use large hand towels in the shower to wash body and face. Not sure why wash cloths aren’t provided. Never stayed at a rental before that didn’t provide them. Be sure to bring your own washcloths if you like to use them.
5) Provided early check in. Much appreciated.
NOT SO GOOD: 1) VERY dirty lobby (trash everywhere) and elevator- don’t lean against any part of the elevator, you will get white powdery substance on your cloths. We realized later that white powder was also being tracked into the apartment on our shoes.. 2) Homeless sleeping out front of building, not the best neighborhood. 3) No map of the area provided in the room which would have been very handy when referencing verbal information provided during check in for local grocery, transit stations, etc. - would have appreciated those instructions being provided in writing somehow. Was a lot of verbal info when we were sleep deprived. ;-)
Appreciated the communication from the hosts and the rides they arranged, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again or recommended to our friends.
