Beautiful duplex penthouse with 3 bedrooms, with terrace.
The apartment is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, separate kitchen and dining room.
On the top floor there is a living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms have the following distribution:
1 room with double bed
1 room with 2 single beds
1 room with 1 single bed
In the living room there is a double sofa bed.
In the dining room there is another double sofa bed.
From the living room on the top floor, there is a beautiful terrace with a table, chairs and parasol.
The building has a common garden area with 2 large swimming pools and a children's play area.

The apartment is located 3 minutes from the central Avenida América with bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ...
Very close to the apartment there are public transport stops and taxis.
Fenals beach is 10 min walking.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fire pot, and all the utensils for cooking and eating.
On the upper floor there is a washing machine.
The complex in which this penthouse is located is very familiar and cozy. It is a quiet area, close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a variety of activities for all tastes. It is an ideal area to enjoy a vacation on the beach.
The price does not include the mandatory final cleaning: € 90
Sheets and towels are not included. They can be hired with supplement.

In the winter months, heating is optional. In case of hiring, they are € 150 / week.

L appartement était tout à fait conforme aux photos, équipé juste ce qu il faut, spacieux et l espace à l étage est très bien pour être isolé du bas. Un lit bébé nous a même été fourni.
Nous n’étions pas loin de la mer d’un supermarché et hypermarché un Lidl est pas loin, c est bcp moins cher. Il y a des bars et restaurants autour. Vraiment on a apprécié notre séjour.

Résidence très bien placée très bien entretenue et calme.
Appartement spacieux et agréable. Ménage superficiel certainement pas fait par un professionnel car traces sur les murs et les meubles en sachant que celui ci coûte quand même 90 euros au locataire. Mobilier et électroménager de premier prix et pas adapté pour 10 personnes. Manques couverts, verres, une salle de bain peu praticable et une machine à laver que de 5kg, grille pain 2 personnes, 4 tasses à café seulement. L appartement est tout de même bien agencé mais quel dommage de mettre du mobilier aussi bas de gamme surtout par rapport à la qualité de la résidence !!!!! Surtout n y allez pas à 10!!!On ne peut que conseiller au propriétaire d'améliorer son logement pour qu il soit au niveau de la résidence dans laquelle il est mais aussi pour qu il soit adapté à recevoir 10 personnes.

When we arrived first impression was very good! Lovely apartment and good location. We stayed for 10 days with only one problem with the balcony door shutter and it was delt with the next day. Very professional, definitely would stay again!
