Great Views

Great sea view. Quiet location but near the sea and town. Parking was secure and private

Only one toilet. It was downstairs. The upstairs bedroom had no WC.

The weather, location of the rental property and the town of Benodet was good

location, views and secure parking

kitchen area facilities lacked an oven and space for food preparation. The only way to use the kettle and toaster was by using a supplied extension lead which only stretched to sit near the hot plate hob. This was extremely dangerous and certainly would not pass health and safety regulations in a uk property. The Wi-Fi was very slow and often you could not connect,

Good

The location was superb. Very close to the beach and all amenities. The balcony was lovely just about seeing the sea through rooftops.

We were very disappointed to find there was no loo in the en-suite-especially in the middle of the night when you had to go down squeaky stairs. The WiFi was adequate but very frustrating as you had to log in several times a day. I think the rules and regulations should also be written in English. Satellite channels were advertised but there was not one channel in English!!

Noch Luft nach oben

An erster Stelle natürlich die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist gut organisiert und gepflegt. Dass es einen Pool gibt, finde ich super. Die Freundlichkeit der Dame und des Herrn, die ich am Telefon hatte, tat gut. Sie waren geduldig, auch wenn ich nicht so gut französisch spreche.

Man zahlt für die Lage. Ganz klar. Aber auch ein Gast am Ende der Saison hat keine versparkte Dusche verdient. Es ist doch nur eine Kleinigkeit, die Silikondichtungen zu tauschen oder die Kabine zu putzen. Die kleine Gebrauchsanweisung, die auf dem Tisch liegt, könnte noch ergänzt werden. Z.B. wo Müll entsorgt wird und wo die Waschmaschine ist.
