About this apartment rental
Beaches at Hawks Nest - ground floor garden apartment with genuine beach front access. This 2 bedroom apartment also features 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The Beaches complex has a pool, BBQ area, underground parking and a lift that services all floors from the basement carpark. The unit is located approximately 100m from the surf club, 10-minute walk to the Hawks Nest Golf Club and a 10 minute walk to shops and cafes. The unit is air conditioned. Sleeps 4-6 (1 queen, 2 singles and a sofa bed) 1 car space. This property has WIFI. Linen is not supplied but can be hired from us.

Our only disappointment was the lack of consumerables basics to get us through our 1 night as we didn’t arrive until 7pm. No soap in the bathrooms or kitchen, no tea towels, salt & pepper, no dishwashing liquid or tablets for the dishwasher. When the agent confirmed our booking, they said linen was supplied, so we didn’t pack linen. To arrive & find this out at 7pm was extremely annoying.
I have to say the next morning the agent was apologetic & provided us with a pack of goodies that included soap, shampoo, tea,sugar, garbage bags plus linen. For $380 per night I’d expect this to be a standard. Cleaning was $200 & we had to take our own rubbish out & empty all the bins.
It’s the smallest things that can make a good weekend to disappointing
