Welcome to Fazana, the small and idyllic fishing town with crystal clear sea, Mediterranean climate and large shade of pine trees in which we are.
Our inviting building is quiet. Surrounded by a well-tended garden, it provides shade and sunshine. The large beach section with restaurants, warm showers, children's playground and much more is 150 meters away from the Magdalena holiday home. In the center, which is only 300 m away, there are banks, post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and much more. For a pleasant vacation, everything is within reach.
DETAILS OF THE HOME APARTMENT (2 bedrooms)
The apartment offers enough space for 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dining table and seating for 5 people, in the open living room a sofa, bathroom and 2 balconies
are at your disposal. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Holiday house Magdalena directly on the sea offers bright and friendly furnished apartments:
2 bedroom apartments and also apartments with 1 bedroom, living room-kitchen and 2 balconies or terraces. Outside large garden approx. 1000 sqm in a quiet location.
The apartments are equipped with high-quality detalis such as wooden windows or oiled wooden floors.
Enjoy your relaxing vacation days, according to your taste for couples or families with children.
The property is located in a quiet and shady pine forest by the sea with crystal clear water.
There is a beach 150 m away from the house and various other larger beaches that can be reached within 10 minutes. In the outside area there is a large Mediterranean garden with a fireplace grill, you can use the sun rays for barbecues until late in the evening. The plot of approx. 1000 sqm is located in a quiet and shady pine forest by the sea with crystal clear water. You are welcome in our holiday home even if it is only for a romantic weekend.

Die FeWo verfügt über 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Wohn-Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile und einen Balkon.
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist relativ neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Absolut ruhige Lage. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen direkt mit im Haus.
Negativ: Kein Toaster. Gläser/ Geschirr sowie Küchenhelfer geradeso für 2 Personen ausreichend und eher alt und etwas verschliessen. Es ist nur ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt einfach klasse. Vorab muss man sagen das wir freundlich begrüßt worden und schon eine kalte Flasche Wasser bereit stand. Fam. Stipanovic war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung war hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat sie gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Wir sind in Badesachen und luftmatratze unter Arm in knapp 3 Minuten da gewesen. Man kann auf dem Kies oder auf einer Wiese liegen. Auf der Wiese fanden wir immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Das Meer das Klima, einfach traumhaft. Von der Ferienwohnung bis zum einkaufen auch höchstens 3 Minuten. Und um zum Hafen zu kommen vielleicht 5. Also die Lage ist optimal. Gut war auch das wir das Auto im Garten parken konnten. Ganz unstressig. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Und kommen wieder.

Wir waren das erste mal im Haus Magdalena und sind von der Freudlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter und der Lage begeistert. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar ein Bügeleisen ist vorhanden. Fön, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Sogar eine Waschmaschine steht nach Absprache zur Verfügung.Der Weg zum Strand ist in 3 min erledigt. Der Strand ist sauber und es gibt Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Supermarkt ist zwei Straßen weiter und in 5 min ist man zu Fuß in der malerischen Stadt mit dem Hafen und seinen Restaurants. Hier möchten wir das Restaurant Korta empfehlen. Hier stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis auf jeden Fall.

die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren genau, wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bis auf einen Toaster war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt für einen super Urlaub. Wir hatten vorab sehr netten und schnellen Telefon- und Mailkontakt mit den Vermietern. Tolle Vermieter, hilfsbereit und herzlich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Fazana ist ein niedlicher kleiner Ort mit vielen Restaurants um den Hafen und perfekt für Touren durch Istrien. Nach Pula mit seinem riesigen Obst-, Gemüsemarkt und der Markthalle für Frischfisch und Fleisch sind es nur 6 km. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, planen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.
