Very well appointed property in a great location right next to Vaporetto stop. The views are breathtaking. Communication for check in process was easy over WhatsApp. And the property manager gave us a QR code with helpful map links for restaurants, shopping etc. Kirchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes, and supermarket is just one level below for purchasing basics.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Den Ausblick auf Guidecca und den Kanal, sowie von der Terrasse über die Dächer waren einfach ein Traum. Auch den Supermarkt haben wir nur als Vorteil betrachtet. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr große Wohnung mit guter räumlicher Aufteilung für zwei Paare. Der Blick aus den vorderen Räumen geht auf den Canale Giudecca und natürlich auf die gegenüber liegende Giudecca mit der alten Pasta Fabrik Stucki, die heute ein Hotel ist. Das ist fantastisch und man kann das zu Anfang des Jahres oft schnell wechselnde Wetter in allen Phasen in Ruhe genießen, unbezahlbar.
In Kauf nehmen muss man für den einzigartigen Blick die Lage über einen großen Supermarkt, der jeden Morgen von zwei sehr großen LKWs beliefert wird, die auf einem Ponton angefahren werden und dann mit Hubwagen und Stapler geräuschvoll entladen werden.
Wenn man nicht nur essen gehen will in Venedig und das Angebot des Marktes nicht nur visuell nutzen möchte, sondern die dargebotenen frischen und vielfältigen Waren auch kulinarisch verwerten möchte, der braucht in der Ferienwohnung eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Küche der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön groß, enthält aber als Ausstattung nur das allernötigste und dies zum Teil in grottiger Abnutzung (z.B. Pfanne ohne Griff). Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil überflüssig. Was sollen leere Schränke in der Küche?
Die Einrichtung der anderen Räume lässt sich mit dem Wort lieblos zusammen fassen. Alles wirkt irgendwie uninspiriert zusammen getragen. Für eine so imposante Wohnung sehr schade, das Potenzial nicht genutzt.
In Bezug auf die Bäder nur ein Detail, ein absolutes No Go: ein zu kleiner und nicht richtig befestigter WC-Sitz.
