Hosts are nice, apartment is great. It is very clean and beds are comfortable. Living room is spacious and great for spending time. Kitchen is big and equipped. Everything is well kept and you feel like you could live there. We were very impressed. Also, apartment has its own parking spot with a lock. Hosts provided all the amenities - kitchen towels, cofee, tea, kettle, soap, toiletries, towels which we appreciated. Overall one of the best apartments we ever rented.
Although location is great, close to the lake and a 20 minute walk to old city, it is also close to the local stadium where there are very loud concerts on the weekend and they last until 2am in the morning. If you're ok with that, go for it.

Old building in a poor condition, flat is ok, but needs some renovations. Parking on demand.
