Top-Lage am Stadtgebiet Sassnitz, Busstop direkt am Haus, nachts ruhig, zum Hafen max. 10 Gehminuten, tolle Raumaufteilung, es gibt Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung, keine hellhörigen Räume, tolle Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettsachen, tolle riesige Dusche, kleine Bibliothek, Auswahl der Möbel größtenteils sehr ansprechend.
Whg. liegt nicht wirklich in der 1. Etage - eher 2. OG, da der Keller oberirdisch angelegt wurde - ergo mehr Treppen als angenommen, ein sehr schmales Doppelbett, sehr niedrige Bettenhöhe, ältere Feriengäste hätten da schon Probleme beim Aufstehen, fehlende Toilettenpapiere statt dessen Küchenrolle am WC, Spülmaschine roch sehr unangenehm, Geschirr des täglichen Bedarfes war nicht sauber, Abwasser ist irritierend - alles was abfließt, gluckert laut im Bidet, großer TV in einem Schlafraum - sehr ungünstig gewählt, auf dem Balkon mit Zigarettenstummeln gefüllter Eierbecher.
