Nice price-value combination
Close to the sea, also not so far from bus stop
Shops are also close to the apartment
Washing machine, coffee machine and kitchen equipment is useful
WiFi works, maybe sometimes not stable, but it was good overall
The host is very kind and welcoming
A bed is comfortable
Air conditioning works well
Umbrella for the beach was a good plus
It might be noisy with open window so earplugs is useful at night
Shower renovation would be nice

The apartment had a convenient layout and decent lighting. The bedroom and bathroom were functional.
Several parts of the property were damaged or in poor condition, such as broken wood panels, visible mold, and a heavily damaged washing machine. The overall maintenance was poor. Also, the location of the apartment is good, but it doesn’t match what was shown on Booking.com in terms of size, room layout, and equipment (see photos). The terrace is shared between apartments and did not look like in the listing pictures.
