Lovely apartments near Pula with an amazing pool

The apartment was really comfy and nicely decorated with all necessities (and more!) included (cutlery, bottle opener, wine glasses). The garden was amazing, with a nice pool (big enough for swimming). The owners and staff were kind and friendly.

The smell of strong cleaning products and furniture perfumes really bothered us. That’s just a detail, but it can completely change someone’s perception of a place, so putting it here for the owner to consider using something scent neutral and/or for other sensitive people to know. Everything else was great

Chill vibes, amazing pool and wonderful hostess🩵

I liked the most the owner Ksenija🩵 and the pool💙 But there are other things that I noticed: always a little breeze so it’s not too hot and you can grill, park the car or only chill.

We had a perfect accommodation

The location was perfect, the host and hostess are so kind and lovely. They made it to let us feel their place like home. Our 8 months little boy had so much fun with the toys they provide.

Great apartment

Cleanliness of the apartment and outdoor area. The location was perfect for touring Istria. You do need a car or a bike though. The outdoor area was lovely and large enough for all guests, however some of the sunloungers were broken.

The noise of the building work going on next door was the only issue with this apartment. We had a car so were able to find some lovely, local quiet spots. We were more than happy.

Swimming pool is great Tables outside where you can have a nice lunch/dinner and all your meals Chill out area Location is nice, cheap supermarket in front if the building and very nice sunset.

The apartman was amazing, the whole property was charming. The room is well prepared and has a lovely pool in the garden. And we were sorrounded with high hospitality:)! We just loved it!

Great outside area and swimming pool

Nice outside area with a great swimming pool. I thought the location would be a little bit more remote than it was (the street is still quite busy) but we slept well. Room was recently renovated and clean. The host doesn’t speak English but I could contact her son for questions. I tried to open the gate for on site parking a couple of times but didn’t manage to do it. It would have been better if the host could have shown us how to do it. But we parked on the street which was easy too.

The kitchen is not really usable. We wanted to cook every day but after one time we gave up. There’s no space, it’s missing some essential equipment, bad towel, no suction hood...

Exceptional

Everything was perfect - nice big pool, clean and beautiful apartment and the hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. The property is just about 10mins from city centre but in a peaceful street so you can really relax and enjoy your vacation. Hope to come back soon! :)

We had a really great time! The pool is amazing and the surroundings of the house are perfect to just relax by the pool, eat dinner outside... We would definitely visit again! The house owner was very nice as well.

Relaxing place next to very nice beaches in Pula. The apartments are new and modern with all you need. You can have breakfast next to the pool and relax before going to the beach

Everything is wonderful, xenia and Billi are very nice and gentle. The house is beautiful, with swimming pool and modern bedroom with kitchen, modern bathroom. The owner gave us also 2 glasses of Croatian wine. Wonderfull😍

Posto bellissimo e tranquillo, sono 6 appartamenti nuovi e dotati di cucina e con una bellissima piscina. La proprietaria ti lascia la libertà di gestire il tuo soggiorno come se fossi a casa tua. Assolutamente consigliato.

Niente, da considerare che sei a 10 minuti da Pola e il paesino non ha molti servizi.

Ovaj apartman je idealan za odmoriti dušu. Osim što ima bazen, nalazi se u predivnom i tihom području. Jako ugodna vlasnica uvijek tu kad vam zatreba. Apartman je besprijekorno čist. Odmah preko ceste je maleni market. Sigurno dolazimo opet.

La posizione era ottima , parcheggio interno gratuito spazioso, e comodo, camere pulitissime e belle, inoltre la piscina meravigliosa. Le persone ad accogliere erano gentilissime!! Ha superato le mie aspettative.

piccolo angolo di paradiso in zona tranquilla e comodo alle spiaggie appartamento di recente ristrutturazione molto carino e pulito,posto auto privato all interno della proprietà c è una splendida piscina con lettini e ombrelloni,una tettoia per pranzare/ cenare all aperto vicino alla piscina e anche un barbecue. La signora che ci ha accolto (proprietaria) è stata davvero molto gentile e simpatica torneremo volentieri

- Schönes, komfortables Zimmer - Kochutensilien vorhanden - schöne Anlage - Freundliche Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterin

- Starker Geruch von dem Lufterfrischer beim betreten des Zimmers - Wasser im Badezimmer fließt nach dem Duschen nicht ab - Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker fehlen. So was wäre gut vor Ort zu haben

Wenn das Preisleistungsverhältnis für die zwei Zimmer oben unterm Dach angepasst werden und der Schimmel weg ist würden

Es gab eine gute Klimaanlage sowie eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle,2 Herdplatten, Töpfe, Besteck und einen Wasserkocher, Frische Handtücher(einmalig), der Pool war angenehm und es gab genügend Sitz Möglichkeiten. Das Parken war super da es Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft gab und diese über Nacht sicher waren. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Market aber dieser ist etwas teurer. Die Damen der Unterkunft sind super nett.

Wir hatten Schimmel im Badezimmer. Leider keine Möglichkeit morgens dort einen Kaffe zu trinken und im gesamten Ort gab es kein kleines Kaffe. Auch Bademöglichkeiten zum Meer gab es dort nicht man ist sozusagen gezwungen mit dem Auto nach Pula etc. zu fahren. Wir waren ganz oben unter dem Dach, leider war dort kein Balkon dabei also für Raucher nichts und auch die Wäsche zum trocknen aufzuhängen war oben nicht möglich.
