Alex called after i made the booking and explainrd how to self check in, big space in the room and the cold beers.
Personally also accepted revolut transfer to pay for the beers. Also sells homemade pine schnapps.
And promotes local businesses: tavernas, bakery, pizzeria.

The location is close to several ski slopes, which was the main reason we rented this accommodation, as we wanted to go skiing for a few days. We had a sufficiently large room equipped with a small refrigerator, a TV (which we did not use), and a bathroom. The accommodation is quite reasonable in terms of price and amenities, but it is not luxurious, just simple and clean. There is a shared cooking area on each floor, but we ate out and only used it to make tea. There is a private parking place which was perfect for us.
It was a bit noisy when heavy cars drove past, as the house is located at an intersection. Perhaps some improvements to the window frames could solve this problem in the future.
