Leuk appartementen op een supercentrale plek in een prachtige stad.

Excellent location, very clean, had shower curtain vs. some places that seem to be okay with shower water all over the bathroom floor these days.

The communication was very poor. Whether it's Booking.com or the hosts it was difficult to tell. No check in instructions were delivered to us and contact via email through Booking.com didn't seem to work as multiple emails of ours went unanswered. Our flight was canceled and our arrival delayed by a day yet no credit was given for the missed night despite the 1/2 back policy if you cancel before your visit. I'll be inquiring further into this, as it doesn't seem fair that if I cancel the whole thing I theoretically get 50% credit but one night of two gets me nothing, especially when it was beyond my control. We didn't order breakfast yet when the time came it was assumed that we had; this, of course, was the communication from the hosts that worked but based on error.

The property is in a convenient location, in the centre of Zwolle city and within walking distance of shops, museums and the station. It is also convenient as it has a kitchen, including washing-machine.

The property was not as clean as expected. It appeared quite dusty, the linen has seen better days (for example multiple towels were frayed). Perhaps had I raised a concern it would have been addressed.
