Nightly reservations available with a three-night minimum stay.
Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Overall the location was perfect. The condo could have used a few fixes but we had a wonderful time

We enjoyed our time at Sol Retreat and would rent again. The price was right, the beds comfy and the location was excellent. Easy beach access and close to many thing like yummy Sunset Slush, mini golf, and grocery stores. Had a couple small issues and appreciate Oak Island Accommodations for taking care of them for us.

Overall good stay, however, we had a few issues.
They have you do a lot of the cleaning work and you have to make the beds yourself. It was pretty clean but the floors were still covered in sand when we arrived.
The door code that was provided did not work when we tried to get in, but it was easy enough to get ahold of someone to reset the code.
Lastly, the fire alarm in the master bedroom kept going off in the middle of the night! For no reason. We had to have someone come out and replace the whole unit.
Also didn’t seem that you could use the living room tv and master tv at the same time without them messing eachother up.
Again, everything else was great, but these issues were a bummer.
