About this house rental
We welcome you in a charming house, semi-detached with the owners, in a relaxing and wooded park near Mornac sur seudre classified one of the most beautiful villages in France
Available from May 1 to September 30 in WE or week and only in week in July-August, all the necessary comfort to enjoy your stay, bed and BB chair large garden (not closed) with barbecue, trout fishing (paying day or half day) Discovery of marsh birds 15km from the beaches of the Palmyre zoo many bike tours
The cottage consists of a large dining room / kitchen of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds bathroom and separate wc click-clack in the room

Pro:
- very good place - horses, ponies, fishing, pond, trees...
- very friendly owners and staff
- close to interesting places - 15 minutes to the great beach, 10 minutes to hypermarket, 1 hour to La Rochelle, 1 hour to Cognac, 1,5 hours to Bordo
- good kitchen amentities
Contra:
- very many flies and mosquitoes, due to the horses near the house and ponds around
- no real bedroom - there are just two large spaces without doors - on the ground floor and on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a dining room, living room and kitchen (all without doors) and the restroom with shower (with a door).
The staircase to the 1st floor has also no doors. 1st floor contains 3 small bedrooms but without doors and only one window - at the roof. Parents's bedroom does not contain window at all. So when it is hot or when it is raining, the roof window can not be used and it's hard to sleep there.
- due to no doors, when somebody speaks in the dining room, it's heard very well at the bedrooms
- some beds are very loud, as well as staircase
- no wifi at all (however the mobile phone wifi is rather good)
Summary: a good place, but the living amentities needs to be improved
