So many great things to say about this booking! I booked for my bachelorette for 12 people. The house and grounds are spacious and beautiful. There are two rooms (one by the pool in a separate casita and one upstairs) that have a bit more privacy and offer a quiet escape. The house is in a very cool residential location that is a quick walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants. I loved the feeling of living amongst the locals. The concierge is the best part! The whole team made the weekend so easy and very special for us. They stayed in constant communication and always took care of our needs, whether that be groceries, transport, or recommendations.

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Tulum. It’s perfectly located in a safe neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. The house itself is spacious with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Jean Francois and his concierge team were more than accommodating and supplied us with lots of recommendations. Communication was excellent. We even did a tequila tasting at the house that was informative and fun!
