About this house rental
Hello dear everyday holidaymaker,
How about relaxing days (and nights) in our small, romantic fishing village? It is located opposite the northern tip of the holiday island Usedom on the mainland side, right on the water. Here time seems to stop for a while. If you are looking for peace and relaxation close to nature and love the rustic flair of the charming fishing village, you will surely like it here.
You can stroll along the small, fine fishing harbor, watching the fishermen work as in the old days, accompanying the fishermen on their journey and enjoying freshly caught fish. Numerous culinary delights await at the harbor and in the village.
From the harbor there are boat trips to the offshore islands (z. B. Rügen), a small ferry brings people and bicycles in 15 minutes to the island of Usedom and back several times a day.
With a few steps you are on the fine-grained beach, especially popular with families with children and older people through a large shallow water area. From here, a great view of the islands opens up to the sea. All this without a tourist tax!
Cyclists will find very well-developed bike paths (bicycle rental stations in place); There are many beautiful hiking trails - z. B. over the dike, in the forest and field. In the neighboring villages you can rent boats, take courses or participate in guided tours, fishing u. V. M. ...
The small, pretty Heimatstube is definitely worth a visit.
A mini golf course also provides for fun.
Our cozy, small house (40 m²) is located in a quiet location on the outskirts on a separate garden plot next to the landlord plot. To the center with a small supermarket, to the beach and harbor is about 350 m.
With sun loungers, barbecue, covered patio and a sandpit for the little ones, you can frolic outdoors. Sauna lovers can relax in our garden sauna. The car parking space is included.
The furnished terrace leads to the holiday home. It is at ground level (unfortunately not wheelchair accessible because of narrow doors). We have furnished it comfortably and functionally:
In the combined living / dining room you will find a sofa corner with flat screen (satellite TV), a dining area with mini-kitchen, equipped with fridge (with small freezer), coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, 2-plate electric cooker, of course dishes , Cutlery, cooking pots ...
There are two separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds (90 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm), equipped with blackout pleats. For the little ones a cot (70 x 140 cm) and a high chair are available free of charge.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. Overcrowding with a toddler up to 2 years on request.
Utilities for electricity, water and central heating are already included in the rent. You get a basic set of 2 tea towels, dishwashing rags, dish soap, 1 shower mat per person for free.
For a fee you can rent bed linen and towels.
The sauna fee of € 8 per cycle includes sauna towels.

Wir haben eine schöne Familien Zusammenkunft in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten FW genossen. Die Vermieterin hat mit uns bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett kommuniziert und auch während des Aufenthalts fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen.
Die FW ist gemütlich und funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet auch außerhalb zwei gemütliche Sitzbereiche.
Man kann sich durch die Ruhe sehr gut vom alltäglichen Stress erholen.
Es sind alle Dinge die man zur Zubereitung und zum Verzehr von Speisen benötigt ausreichend vorhanden.
Man sollte beachten wenn man zur Kommunikation Netz benötigt je nach Anbieter das im Gebäude etwas schlechter Empfang ist aber man möchte sich ja erholen grins.
Im Umfeld befinden sich ein paar wenige aber tolle Gastronomische Einrichtungen, Einkaufen geht leider nur in Nachbarorten oder im nahen Hofladen des Vertrauens (Biologische Erzeuger Produkte)
Wir können diese FW auf jeden Fall sehr Weiter Empfehlen und wünschen gute Erholung.

Freundliche Menschen als Gastgeber, Ferienaus in ruhiger Lage, nicht weit zum kleinen Hafen (von dem aus noch gefischt wird), per Fähre (nicht ganz günstig...)Anbindung an Usedom, Laufen und Radfahren als Frühsport auf gut ausgebautem Sträßchen-Netz möglich, Sauna am Abend...u.m. Auch für die Kinder (11 + 17) gab es im Umland/auf Usedom viel zu erleben.
Auf Wierdersehen zu sagen, fällt sehr leicht! ;))

Wir danken der super netten Wirtin für den freundlichen Empfang. Die Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge super gelegen.
Und abends die Sauna zu nutzen, bot maximale Entspannung.
