A recommended vacation apartment in Cervo

When we arrived at the property, we met one of the neighbors, who was very friendly, gave us the keys, and showed us things. It is a private, quiet, safe property surrounded by a lovely garden, and the apartment is located on the house's second floor. The owners live on the ground level. There is private parking on the property, with an electric gate. The apartment looked new and was super clean! There was lots of light in the apartment. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped, including a washing machine. There are two balconies- one from the living room/kitchen and the other from the main bedroom. Great A/C in all rooms to keep you cool.

The property owner was away, so, all communications were indirect through the neighbor or by messages exchanged on Booking.com. We met the owners only on the morning of our departure. During our stay, there were problems with the WiFi connection. The owners did invite a technician to fix it; however, we still experienced issues with the WiFi. There was no soap or toiletry in the bathrooms.

Really great place! Huuuuuge apartment, really really clean, everything is new. It is fully equipped, have two bedrooms, big kitchen with open space and 2 bathrooms. Maybe it is not right next to the sea, but it is 10-15 min walk to get there. It is quiet area. And the host - great guy! Very helpful, always responded to the messages, you can ask him about anything! He helped as even when we were trying to plan a trip to Sanremo

Great and modern Appartement

The Appartement was really great, modern and well equipped. It is very nice, quiet and provided everything we needed incl. parking place an balcony. Beach was nearby and Imperia and Alassio not far away. Sergio was so kind and a fantastic host. Thanks Sergio!

Eine sehr gute Wahl um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen

Sehr netter Gastgeber hat sich erkundigt ob alles Ok ist, Er war sehr hilfsbereit Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl da auch gemütlich

Leider war zeitweise das Internet ausgefallen, Der Strand ist etwas weit entfernt ca 20Min. Für uns wars aber OK wir haben den Weg immer mit dem zentral gelegenen Supermarkt verbunden

Logement à ne pas manquer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et climatisé.Appartement moderne aménagé avec goût, très propre et literie confortable.Douche bon débit. Disponibilité er gentillesse de Sergio et son épouse qui habitent en dessous de l'appartement mais qui ne sont pas du tout intrusifs. Parking appréciable dans la cour de la maison et proximité de plages (5mn en voiture)
