The location. The wifi.
The carpets were filthy. The dryer didn't work. The flooring was coming up. The refrigerator leaked on the floor. No place to hang clothes in the master bedroom and it appears that what was a closet was turned into a bathroom.

Family and pet friendly.
A wonderful freestanding home on 1 acre. A lot of room for our service dog to run. The home was clean and had a nice woodstove that we used a lot. Firewood was supplied. the beds were comfortable and it sleeps six with one king size bed, one queen size bed, and a trundle bed. And all JUST five minutes from town.
I would say, the only downside is, there’s no dishwasher at the site.
