A localização é muito boa para quem viaje com pouco peso, uma vez que o estacionamento mais próximo ainda fica a, pelo menos 10min a pé.
A zona da sala e cozinha tem cadeiras e sofás demasiado gastos e desconfortáveis. O colchão da cama também poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Pelo valor apesar de ser um apartamento humilde gostamos, dormimos bem, estava limpo deu muito jeito estar equipado com loiças de cozinha e recomendo.
Apartamento humilde, uma falha grave é que a porta do prédio não fecha, cansativo subir tanta escada mas o valor para centro de Coimbra é excelente, no entanto o que mais chateou o meu filho de 6 anos e a mim é que a TV não funcionava, não apanha rede dá ideia que está ligada ilegalmente e é lamentavel não terem um serviço em condições.
