Місцерозташування.
Відсутність пульта до кондиціонера. Відсутність дека чи решітки в духовці. Підтікає холодильник. Необхідність самостійно застеляти постільну білизну. Посуд потрібно було перемивати.

Everything else was excellent. I really recommend them and will use the same apartment next time in Cherkasy. Just walk out the door and be by the beach.
I could hear the neighbor having a load phone call. It didn't disturb me during the day but i could clearly hear what he said. During the night the neighbors were quiet.

Location is outstanding as a view and river activity.
Size of the rooms, balconies, finish quality is impressive.
I would prefer to have a/c remote control available.
Two pair of keys would be preferred, when more then one person stay.
Payment cash only is extremely inconvenient.
Absence of dedicated parking is an issue.
