About this villa rental
Villa Kambel was completed in July 2018 and it’s designed as a complex of two villas, Villa Kambel East and Villa Kambel West.
Each villa is independent with own private heated pool, outdoor parking space for few cars and doesn’t depend on the other. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Kambelovac only 50m from the sea and 5min to the center of city. Also, provides complete privacy from the neighbor’s interaction which is ideal for holidays with your family and friends.
Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and terrace on the top.
Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with totally equipment kitchen, dining room and toilet with washer & dryer machine.Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 30m² heated swimming pool with massage system. Near the pool there is a shower, sun beds and umbrella for relax and enjoy. There is also a large loggia with a big dining table & BBQ Weber where you can enjoy in delicious dinners on warm Dalmatian nights.
First floor is designed as sleeping area with 3 bedrooms oriented on the south with sea view. In each room we have: double bed, bathroom with heating floor & stand-alone shower, Smart Sat-TV, wardrobe, working table, Huet Smart Light, air conditioning, remote electrical blinds, towel & sheets, and balcony with sea view.
Top floor is designed as relaxing terrace with Jacuzzi, Kambel Bar, rattan furniture, Smart Sat Tv and bathroom. Furthermore, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view on Islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split which are only 20 min away. This place is perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset and enjoying the warm Dalmatian nights.
The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
Villa is comfortable for 6 persons in 3 double bed rooms with sea view.
Smoking is allowed outside but smoking inside the villa is not allowed.
No loud music or noise in period from 23:30 to 09:00 (Croatian law for public order and peace during the period of sleep).
All younger group under the age of 24 must first let us know their age before completing reservation.
In front of the Villa Kambel there is 10 km long promenade by the sea which connects seven castles. We invite you to take a walking tour at the promenades through Kaštela and enjoy the variety of restaurants, bars, beaches and cultural attractions along the sea. A casual Mediterranean way of life, a combination of traditional values and a modern urban lifestyle, socializing over coffee in lively cafes, open and cordial people – all these are Kastela.
The great advantage of the Kaštela city is location between the two dynamic UNESCO protected towns Split and Trogir which are only 20min away. Split is the second largest town in Croatia, it is a mix of modern life & ancient history. In the city of Split there are numerous night clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas as well as museums, theaters and historic attractions. Trogir is a small charming historic town and one of the best preserved Romanesque cities in this part of Euope. It is more like museum than town.
My family and I live nearby (10 min away) and we are here to help you in realizing and organizing your ideal vacation. For our guests we can arrange: taxi transfers, daily trips to the beautiful Krka Waterfalls or Plitvice Lakes or boat trip with Kambel boat to amazing Dalmatian Islands such as Brač, Pakleni Islands, Hvar, Šolta, Vis so that you can experience the best what Dalmatia can offer you.

The property itself is incredible, spotlessly clean - it looks brand new, beautifully presented and well equipped especially the kitchen which has more than you will ever need and the tea and coffee facilities were also a welcome treat. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with good quality linens and we particularly enjoyed the electronic black out blinds on the lazy mornings!
There are so many beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the villa itself or the fabulous views.
Moving onto the hosts Boris and Jelena, absolutely faultless - both prior to and during our stay.
Starting off with the offer to pick us up at the airport which they did with a warm greeting on arrival, the welcome charcuterie board and wine, fridge stocked with drinks, fresh bread and some snacks for the children at the property. What followed throughout the week: offers to take us to the supermarket, recommendations for places to go / eat via the WhatsApp group they set up, providing the most delicious home cooked meal brought straight to the villa and the beautiful farewell gift. They go over and above to make sure your stay is extra special. It’s not what you typically get and expect from a villa stay, and this villa certainly speaks for itself, but I would say their hosting is more comparable to a concierge service of some of the top hotels we’ve stayed in.
My only complaint is that it came to an end, we would love to come back here and experience it all over again!

I’ve been for a week with my family (wife and two children of 10 and 6), what can I say, the villa is amazing, with all you need. The hosts are exceptional, bot Boris and Jelena are very kind and available for everything. The house is very clean, the pool is fantastic and the terrace with the bar and the whirlpool is great, for aperitif at the sunset or for a drink after dinner.
Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay here.

This was our first time in Croatia and Villa Kambel was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. The villa is situated in a perfect location, equidistant from the beautiful town of Trogir and Split. The seafront is just a minute walk from the villa, and from there you can stroll the seafront promenade that join the Kastela's. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in close vicinity. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could ask for in a holiday villa and plenty more extras that make it feel like a home. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, and having lunch on the terrace, which with the outdoor bar and hot tub is a great space to relax. We wish we had a longer stay to explore the area further and enjoy more lazy days at the villa. The hospitality of Boris and Jelena is exceptional and they could not do enough for us. Jelena kindly drove my daughter to a local clinic, when she cut her leg and needed to get it checked out. They were always in contact should we need anything and provided us with many recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We took a boat trip with Summer Blues, a company that they recommended, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also visited a few of their recommended restaurants which were our favourite meals of our holiday. They even treated us to a meal at one of their favourite local restaurants, which was lovely and extended far beyond our expectations. We hope to come back again one day.Thanks again for making our stay in Croatia so wonderful and making us feel so welcome.
