Sunrise is a delightful detached cottage located in the heart of Filey, North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double with a Juliet balcony, and a twin room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. Resting in a wonderful location with much to explore in and around the area, Sunrise is a tasteful retreat in a memorable part of England.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, free sat TV, WiFi, iPod connection, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two modest sized cars 15 metres from property in adjacent garden. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Secure outside storage for windsurfer boards and bikes. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Open tread staircase inside the property, may not be suitable for children. Note: Parking is within the garden grounds of the property - parking space suitable for 1 large vehicle.
