Excellent villa with 2 floors and attic, fully equipped and furnished.
Located just 5 minutes from the beach of Manta Rota, moving on foot.
It has private parking for two cars, one inside the lot and another on the street.
Very quiet, all comfort possible, recent construction with careful decoration, close to all amenities (supermarket, shopping areas, pharmacy, municipal market).

We had a great experience renting this property. Near the beach, we can easily walk. The owner was available all the time. The house has everything we needed for a family holiday and the location is great.

Besides the real location being different from the announced and thus 200-300 meters far from the beach, the house is fully equipped for a nice stay. AC only in the 3 rooms in the first floor, but enough for all the house. We used the barbecue, which is very ok. The outside shower could have a small door helping to change clothes.
Don’t forget to buy toilet paper as there are no spare ones. Luisa is a very nice host although we have not met her in person. She always answers phone calls even before checking in, which is the easiest ways to contact, as by e-mail or App we didn’t get all the answers (but promptly replied by phone).

Maison spacieuse et agréable, située à 10 minutes à pied d'une très belle plage.
Calme absolut à cette période de l'année...on entendait les oiseaux!
La propriétaire D.Luisa et son assistante Silvia sont très conciliantes.

A 2 min de carro da praia, a 10min a pé, é uma casa espaçosa, bem mobilada e decorada. Óptima comunicação com a dona da casa, sempre prestável. Recomendo vivamente para famílias.
