There are three bedrooms, master bedroom, small double room ideal for 1 adult & a child, and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet, which all have ample wardrobes space dresser with mirror and bedside tables and drawers. The main bathroom is a comfortable size with toilet, bidi, and a shower.

Mountain air and landscaped Trullo’s and Piazza's 'Selva' has all the qualities of Puglia. From the finest Pugliese cuisine restaurant set within restored Trulli or freshly baked pizzas and barbecued meats. Selva is an ideal location for exploring the heart of Puglia with the neighbouring towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca and the famous Ostuni. With the added local family attraction 5 minutes away Fun Fair Park and Zoo Safari and the Dinosaur Park at Castellana Grotte, and for shopping Cassmassima offers a day out shopping and eating in the Italian European ‘Auchan’ mall. And for those who like adventure an over night ferry crossing from Bari into Montenegro or crossing over to the west-side of Puglia to the Ionio Sea and the Golf of Taranto an hours drive away.

The house is in a prime location to explore the tourist area of Puglia. Situated a 10 minute walk from the cross roads of Selva and Canale di Pirro where local eating can be enjoyed and there is a mini supermarket for shopping. There are back roads leading to Casamassimo, great for shopping, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and the wonderful historic town of Ostuni, know as the capital of Puglia, only a 10 minute drive. Although a car is recommended, the blue flagged beaches of the Adriatico are only 10 mins way with all the wonderful sea side villages to enjoy along the way.
Both airports of Bari and Brindisi are ideal only being 30-40 mins drive taking the motorway direction of Brindisi if arriving at (BARI) or if arriving at (Brindisi) taking the motorway direction of Bari; exiting at Fasano / Zoo Safari then Selva di Fasano
