DATES & PRICES: For most weeks this website only lets us enter valid prices for 2nights arrive Friday or 5nights arrive Sunday. For other stays please click on "Ask Manager a Question" and we at Ski Kaos will get back to you with accurate prices.

PRICING NOTE: Stayz have added roughly 15% to Ski Kaos' normal prices. Their system removes contact details from messages we send to each other via this website. They don't want us communicating efficiently unless you book & pay first.

HIRE DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts on ski/snowboard hire and clothing hire.

BUS TRAVEL: On select dates during the snow season we also offer Sydney to Thredbo return bus travel (via Jindabyne & Skitube), please ask for details if interested or lookup Ski Kaos on line.

ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Huge fully self-contained 3-bedroom chalet. Ideally located in the middle of Thredbo Village. Book the entire house for your group or 1 - 2 families. It’s an easy level walk to the ski lifts, bus stop, shops, bars & restaurants. Spacious with TV DVD/CD, stereo, underfloor heating.

LOCATION: Central Thredbo Village.

FACILITIES: FACILITIES: This Chalet also features 2 dining tables & chairs, a huge living room with lounges, gas fireplace, a full laundry (WM CD tub), a drying cupboard, and two balconies with great views of the mountain. The big kitchen features: a large gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, loads of plates, pans, cutlery, cookware. The modern bathroom has a shower, bath & basin. There are 2 separate toilets so the bathroom does not get too busy (no toilet in the main bathroom).

BEDS & BEDROOMS: BEDROOM #1: Queen Bed; BEDROOM #2: Queen Bed and a set of Bunks +single; BEDROOM #3: Double foldout sofa and a set of Bunks; LIVINGROOM: Double fold out sofa.

NOTE: Made up beds & towels is not included & costs extra if you do not wish to BYO – please check with us. If its BYO then it means 2 sheets per bed, a pillowcase and towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels. We always provide doonas, pillows, mattress protectors. We do have emergency linen if you book at the last minute and cleaners can't make up beds in time.

PARKING: When booking this Chalet you get priority to use the parking out front – this can fit one large car or minivan, or 2 small cars.

EXTRA PARKING: Extra cars can be parked in Thredbo's huge long term carparks. You can unload at the property then move your car(s). You can get the free shuttle bus back ( the carpark is only 200 metres away from where you are staying). Few people ever need to use their car once they have arrived.

SECURITY BOND: Before check in we require a $500 security bond - this is usually a credit card pre-authorisation (not a charge). Its possible to do this via HomeAway(Stayz) but they will charge your card and then later refund it which is not the right way to do it.

SNOW-SEASON ACCOMMODATION DATES: The full 2023 snow season runs from 10th June – 2nd October the first night being Fri 9th June
ACCOMMODATION DAYS OF THE WEEK:
--- The best value days of the week to book for are always for 5-nights arriving on any Sunday.
--- Weekends Fri+Sat nights are pricey by comparison.
--- We can rarely offer a Sat arrival or departure.
--- Staying only 1-night is almost as much as staying 2-nights
