The cottage is located on a 1/4 section working ranch. It is secluded in a treed area within 10 minutes of restaurants and shopping. It has all the country ambiance with all the modern amenities. Cottage is charming. Has every amenity imaginable. Peaceful. Private. Secure. Fell in love with Colorado Springs and thereā€™s so much to do. Our host Mark. was readily available if needed. We extremely enjoyed our stay there. And an added perk is itā€™s handicap accessible as I said a charming cottage a must see to enjoy.

This little cottage was immaculate and silent, away from the road, with stunning sunrises across the meadow, complete with deer one morning. Mark was attentive. I canā€™t imagine any other amenity that would have improved my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property a handful of years ago. When we decided to visit Colorado Springs again this summer, we were excited to find the cottage was available. Mark and Angela are fabulous hosts and there added touches are much appreciated and highly valued.
