About this house rental
Neptune's Cove, one of Jupiter's best kept secrets in the Private historic part of Town Hall, Jupiter. This home (every room) offers big water views from every room. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. In addition, their is a quiet reading/computer room for more privacy if necessary. The back patio includes the pool, grill, and tanning chairs. The stay will include access to two paddle boards and a kayak for outdoor activities . Floating dock, bring your boat or rent one.
The Cove is a virtual Aquarium of wildlife and marine life.
The space:
Full use of dock, pool, patio, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing off dock.
THIS LOCATION IS KEY with minutes from BEACH , RESTAURANTS AND HAPPENING NIGHTLIFE, Love Street ,Utiki, Square Grouper, 1000 North, Dive Bar, Guanabanas Ect.
It is a unique location that gives you the KEY WEST feel with privacy and yet minutes from the center of happenings. Beautiful view of the cove and inter-coastal from EVERY ROOM in the House. Each bedroom has a view of the famous 'JUPITER LIGHTHOUSE"
Guest access:
Full use of Dock, pool ,patio, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing off dock.
If you desire, for an additional fee, we can arrange midweek maid service for cleaning and laundry. Cost $190-300 depending upon your requested service
House Rules:
Min4 nights stay
No smoking
Not suitable for pets
No parties or events
Check-in time is 3 PM
Check out by 11AM
no sandy shoes or article in the house, no loud music after 11 pm
This is our second home and we rent it only when we are not using it, so check availability on the calendar. The maximum consecutive days allowed to rent is 14 days between the months of December 1st and April 1st. thank you

Cancellations:

Cancel up to 60 days of arrival date/before check in and get a 100% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 30 - 60 days of your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 30 days of your trip - No Refund.

Overall it was a beautiful home.The only downside was the pool not heated and the train noise. I think 40 trains passed day and night. Houses are on top of each other on the water, but was incredibly private. The place was clean which is a top priority for me. We found ouselves in the eat in kitchen most times as theamazing.

We had 5 guests stay for a super bowl weekend golf trip. The home had plenty of room to relax, and the pool and patio out back were perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a late afternoon beverage. Very conveniently located to Jupiter restaurants and beaches,

Entire family loved being on the water - a special location. Great hosts and great house! Would definitely rent again.

This house is located right on the water with beautiful views. The common areas are very spacious and clean. We had a good stay but I wish I would have known that there is a train track close to the house which -when the train comes by- makes a lot of sound and woke us all up at night. Otherwise a good option to stay for larger groups.
