There are three large bedrooms, two with king size doubles and one with twin single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with independent panel heaters for those cooler Tasmanian nights.

The property has been created to offer guests a unique and inspirational stay. Built Circa 1900, Signature on Gunn exudes classic federation-era features and style, alongside contemporary edge. Practice your culinary skills in the fully appointed gourmet marble and timber kitchen with European appliances, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, all in an open plan dining and living room. Serve and enjoy your gourmet meal at the custom-made dining table.
Sleep well at Signature, with 3 relaxing king size bedrooms, king size beds and European or designer linen. Bathe and recharge in the enormous bathroom with double shower, heated floors and large soak bath plus a separate marble laundry with European front loader washing machine and separate dryer. With the option to convert one of the bedrooms into two king singles; Signature gives you the flexibility to cater for couples, friends and children.

This three bedroom house has been nicely renovated with a fantastic bathroom with underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, nicely decorated and good amenities. We picked apples from the backyard, used netflix easily on the TV, and the living/kitchen has a nice layout for eating and relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen was adequate. The central gas fireplace kept the whole place warm. Only just out of town so you could walk to shops and restaurants but not the nicest walk so we drove (everything is within 5 minutes). A few nice short walks close by. 45 mins to Lake Barrington and an hour from Launceston. A very comfortable stay.

Fantastic little gem of a place. A little rough looking outside, but a gem in side. A great Decor and a bathroom to dream for. We will be rebooking this home on our next trip south. Thank you for your fabulous home for us to stay in.

Second time around staying at this property. It was as fantastic as I remembered.
Great location and facilities in property. Manager was flexible and accommodating of early check in to align with ferry arrival.
