There was nothing wrong with the property at all and we had a lovely 10 days there.
However, Booking.com were terrible in resolving my Price Promise issue. I found the exact same property for exact the same time on another web-site, took a print screen and sent it to them, which they say they did not receive. We have been back 4 weeks now and it is still unresolved. I send them a message, i get a reply they are looking into it and i hear nothing.
It is not a lot of money but the principle - they hope you give up. i will not book with them again!

The house is comfortable and large. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 big kids and never felt cramped. Loved the big patio with the lounge chairs. The house is very well equipped. The location is very good, within walking distance to the beach and Manta Rota. The person who greeted us (Margarida) was very friendly and helpful.
The house was great, but it would be even better with a couple of bikes. It would be good to have a fan for the barbecue. I thought it would add a nice touch if very basic things like sugar, salt, olive oil and some cleaning products would be made available to guests.

Great location, very close to the beach.
Nice outside area with a proper barbecue, sun beds, dinner table and a shower.
All rooms with plenty of space.
Could be a personal issue, but we thought the bed pillows could be better.
