O imóvel apresentou boas condições mas existiam ligeiras falhas de manutenção. Não pudemos usufruir de uma casa de banho devido à base de duche estar danificada. Para além disso, havia uma torneira de segurança caucionada o que por vezes bloqueava o enchimento do autoclismo. Em termos de segurança, a fechadura da porta da cozinha estava danificada e tivemos que a afinar para podermos trancar a porta e as janelas do quarto com cama de casal não se conseguiam trancar. A estadia foi boa mas estas falhas de manutenção do imóvel devem ser melhoradas.
