It is very safe and convenient
Needs renovation for some aspect like doors, ceiling and other furniture.

The area is very accessible to public transportation and the view on the roof deck is really amazing.
My room has 3 locked doors connected to other rooms. This just freaks me out.

The location is very easy to access.
Room was a bit spacious.
bathroom has a heater.
the linen is clean.
The wi-fi is within reach of my room and its speed was ok.
the balcony is alright with a small view of Taal.
I was double charged despite telling the receptionist that I paid with my card the night before my check-in, but she insisted that I should pay in cash at the property. I want a refund for that.
You can be heard from outside of your room.
no parking for those who will bring their own car.

I like the location. The rates are reasonable.
I like our stay in the place its just that in the rooms there is no wifi. The wifi connection is only available in the upper level.
