Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort (Francesca, spricht sehr gut Englisch!) , Sauberkeit, Lage und Einrichtung der Unterkunft / man merkt, dass sich der Vermieter regelmäßig um die Unterkunft kümmert!
Ab und zu gab es Probleme mit der Müllabholung, aber dafür kann der Vermieter/die Agentur ja nichts, ein Staubsauger in der Unterkunft wäre toll ;)
