Quico est un hôte très chaleureux, il nous a présenté toute la maison, les équipements et s’est montré disponible tout le long du séjour pour toute sorte de recommandation (activités, restaurants..). Le logement est situé dans la partie centrale de l’île qui promet un calme très appréciable. Il est indispensable de louer une voiture pour se déplacer.

De nombreuses guêpes autour de la piscine (sûrement du aux fortes chaleurs) et fourmis sur la terrasse.

Nous avons tout aimé, la maison est une belle bâtisse, chargée d histoire. Un bel écrin qu il faut savoir respecter et savourer.Bien équipée, au centre de tout pour à la fois visiter et aller à la plage entre 20min et 1h max. Nos hôtes sont exceptionnels,merci à Quico et sa femme pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Le coucher de soleil sur la terrasse, les étoiles à observer le soir,sans les nuisances lumineuses, ce calme,en dehors du tourisme de masse,tout cela a fait en sorte que notre séjour a été et surtout reste un merveilleux souvenir. En famille ou entre amis, tt le monde trouvera sa place dans cette magnifique maison.

Rien à redire

Mr. Quico is very kind. Our flight was delayed and we couldn't get food in time from the store so he bought it for us. The pool was clean and maintained all the time. The villa is located in a peaceful area and gives you full privacy. At the same time you have all the island at your reach within an hour or so by car.

We were a party of 3 families, for a total of 6 adults and 6 children aged between 2 and 10 years old, the house was more than spacious enough. Every one of the 5 bedrooms had its own adjoining sitting room, Bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen was large and connected directly to the outside space which was very convenient for preparing large meals and enjoying the summer evenings. The swimming pool was large enough so that everyone could enjoy it at the same time. The view from the large terrasse is just splendid, with nothing else than forests and clear sky. The location of the house is also very central in the island, with the closest beach being at 25 min drive. It is also very easy to do day trips to explore the islands as every corner is within 40 to 50 min drive. The house is surrounded by popular trail and cycling paths, with very little car traffic. Most of the trail/hiking paths around the house are inside the forest, covered by trees, and are clearly marked. We particularly appreciated how helpful was the host “Quico” to us, he came several times to clean and maintain the swimming pool, provided a cooler when we requested one for our day trips to the beach, and was helpful with advices on where to shop, eat, park … etc The house is 10 min drive from Llucmajor, a nice town with several supermarkets, and a nice square with a small local town feeling ( not many tourists) , with several excellent restaurants, and a playground for kids, ideal for an evening out of the house, without having to drive too far. The Cura monastery, also within a short drive, is a must see place, and a good dinner option, particularly beautiful at sunset. All in one the combination of the location, the size of the house, the super great host, makes this beautiful home a very good value for money and a place we absolutely would recommend.
