About this house rental
Serene country oasis mins drive to Downtown Boulder in a tranquil setting. House is on a private half acre with a private natural pond (seasonally). Relax to the sounds of nature. This property gives you the country feel and amenities of being in town. Sit out back and hear the frogs croaking, perhaps see an owl or maybe even see an eagle. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee or tea. This tranquil oasis will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Primary suite has a king bed and an attached study or sitting room with flatiron views and amazing sunsets. Spectacular views out front and back.
Room 2 has a queen bed.
Pet approval, fee and addendum required for dogs. Sorry no cats due to allergy.
The living room has amazing sunrises almost every morning.

Me and a few classmates stayed here for just about a week and we could not have hoped for a better experience. There was plenty of parking. The neighbors were friendly. The house itself was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, and the showers BEAUTIFUL. There were plenty of towels. The property itself is SO beautiful. Brandi, the host, was so kind in answering all my questions, and was also swift with answers! We are planning on coming back next year!

Location close to town but feels far away
Enjoyed the farmhouse feel with all the amenities. Pups had a ball in the big back yard. Would stay again
