Step into paradise in Bella Vita, a gorgeous 4 bedroom/5 bathroom beachfront private home! There are only a handful of vacation rental properties of this caliber on South Padre Island! Boasting over 5000 square feet, Bella Vita is a vacation property you will remember! Enjoy lounging and entertaining in the spacious 2nd floor living room, while you take in gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large beachfront windows. The pool area is everything you need for a perfect pool day. Guests will love catching sun, sipping on a cool drink, and enjoying the large pool and hot tub.
You and your guests can relax around the large flat-screen TV, or step outside on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor also encompasses the dining area and kitchen, as well as two guest bedrooms, each with a King size bed. Guests have a shared "jack & jill" bathroom between the two rooms. There is an Xbox at this property for guests enjoyment.
The 3rd floor entails a nice landing area that leads into a huge master bedroom which also overlooks the ocean from beach facing windows! Your 3rd floor Master Suite offers a comfortable King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The private Master bathroom features a large soaking bathtub (jets are NOT operable/NOT an amenity) and walk-in shower. The master bathroom also provides you with spacious double vanity area, perfect for getting ready for a day at the beach or a night out!
Back downstairs on the ground floor, you have your 4th bedroom, another Master suite. The ground floor master features two queen size beds and an attached master bathroom. The bathroom provides you and your guests with a stand-in shower and a lovely soaking bathtub. On the ground floor you also have a 2nd living/entertainment area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette/wet-bar. The bonus space is just off the pool & patio area which is so convenient for when you are lounging out under the sun, or enjoying a poolside BBQ!

Every stay at Bella Vita includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s on the beach in a gated community with round the clock security. The home is wonderful with plenty of amenities. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Two complaints 1) zero water pressure if the washer is going and someone is trying to shower. The water in the master bedroom shower literally turned off to nothing and I had to wait until someone could go down and turn off the washer 2) the main floor stayed at 76 or higher the whole time with the front bedroom easily 80 most days. Lowe’s and upper floors were fine but the main floor is where the largest sitting place is and kitchen and dining are located.

Let’s start with the positive. The house was gorgeous, views were beautiful, everything you need in the kitchen, and the property was as described in pictures. The security at the complex is very good. There are a few things within walking distanceWould be nice if you didn’t have to use a rental credit to get beach chairs and gear and instead it was included with the property, at least a few pool floats.At the price point and this type of house, things should be tip top.The negative…water pressure was horrible especially on the third floor. There was black mold in the ground floor and third floor master showers. The ground floor had a bath mat and it and the shower floor were both caked with hair. The 2nd floor jack n Jill toilet barely flushed down anything. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor were so hot we had to use a fan to blow cool air into the rooms. The third floor balcony didn’t have any chairs. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The ground floor bedroom carpet was stained and disgusting. There is a big hole in the 3rd floor toilet room where an access panel doesn’t cover the whole thing. The grill and griddle combo was really dirty and it looked like the grease trap hadn’t been emptied.The pool company came at 1 in the afternoon while we were trying to use the pool, had to wait a 1/2 hour before the kids could get back in. They should be scheduled in the morning not the middle of the day.A little disappointed the the cleanliness and condition of the house.

We stayed six weeks in this beautiful home. Ocean front was wonderful. Although we were informed that the pool and hit tub were not heated, we were assured that the neighborhood pool was. I called on this the first week and was told to check with homeowners association, which I did. The pool is never heated except for a couple holidays a year when the owners request. I called to request a correction at SPI twice. Both times was told they would get back to me. They have not. Would have been a higher rating if the had been responsive.
