About this apartment rental
The stay includes a 1000sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with an adjacent 570 Junior suite that connects through a foyer area in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower. Living room, balcony and 2 full bathrooms. Access to Hotel facilities, and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.
Bed setup: Both the 1 bedroom apartment and the junior suite has a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper sofa each, a total of 4 beds, and up to 2 extra rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for an additional cost of $60/night each plus tax. The one bedroom sleeper sofa is located in the living room area, while the junior suite has both sleeping accommodations in one space. In order to accommodate a 9th guest a rollaway bed may be rented from the hotel for $60/night plus taxes.
Please note hotel charges NOT included in the rate:
1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax for each unit
2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $360 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $175/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $360.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.
Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

We loved staying in this apartment! It was extremely roomy, had beautiful views, a great kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The owner was very responsive. Its really two apartments with a single entrance that makes it great for a family!

Property was very nice, but lacked kitchen items. Despite a full kitchen and a unit capacity of 6-8, there were only 2 coffee mugs, no cooking pots or pans, and very limited utensils. There are 4 elevators on the property, but only 2 work, making for long waits of 10-15 minutes. Apparently 2 of the elevators have been out of service for 2 or 3 years. The property was nice, just needs a few kitchen items.
