About this house rental
Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on Maunalani Hts. Tastefully furnished with high quality bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. HD Smart T.V.s in living room, kitchen and bedroom. Fully functional kitchen with new dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. Large decks with views of the ocean, Diamond Head and Waikiki. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Newly installed air conditioners in every room.
Guest Access - Guests have a private entrance off the attached carport. The house has 3 levels. Top floor is the living room with ocean and Diamond Head views. On the 2nd floor is the kitchen and dining room with a large lanai and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head. The bottom floor has the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The master bedroom has a large deck with lovely views.
The Neighborhood - Located on Maunalani Hts. Kaimuki is 2 minutes down the hill where you can find Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Moroccan, Italian, Vegan, French, American and Pacific Rim Cuisine. Whole Foods is 4 minutes away in the nearby Kahala Mall where you will find Macy's, Ross's and many other shopping opportunities as well as the Consolidated Kahala Theatres. The University of Hawaii is less than 10 minutes away by car. Downtown is 10-15 minutes away.
Getting Around - The bus stops almost directly in front of my house. It will take you to Waikiki and back, or anywhere with transfers.

We loved staying in Nancy’s home. It was beautiful and the views were amazing from every level. It is close to downtown, but just far enough away that you get away. We would definitely stay again

This is the best property on Wilhelmina. The view of the Pacific, Diamond and Waikiki are postcard quality. The house is everything it purports to be. The only downside is what gives the property the great views. We promised the kids they could walk to restaurants and shops, but the walk is a mile and the hill is steep even by our Tennessee mountain standards. Nancy is great to work with.

Nancy’s place was the most hassle free Hawaiian trip! She provides all the stuff you need for the perfect beach day: chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and towels. Her home is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Nancy was great to work with and a great host!
