You get exactly what you pay for.
It is in a security guarded estate and you feel safe.
Good area near family.
Tip you only need the water heater on for 8 mins for two of you to shower.
We had one problem with the electricity however this was sorted quickly. Owner responded within 2 hours.
Remember you have to pay for the electricity but you get a couple of days free at the beginning of your stay.

Das Apartment hätte im Pringzip gutes Potenzial, wenn man bereit wäre, ein wenig zu investieren…
Lage und Sicherheitskonzept sind positiv zu bewerten.

Total durchgelegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer, so etwas habe ich sonst noch niemals erlebt - Resultat: Rückenschmerzen...
Die WLAN Situation ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht den internatonalen Standards - tägliches Betteln um Freischaltung des WLAN Zugangs führte bestenfalls zum Aufladen mit begrenztem Datenvolumen... Jedes einigermaßen vernünftige Hotel bietet 24/7 freien Internetzugang.
Und: Warum gab's für 2 Betten nur 1 Moskitonetz??? Viel Spaß beim Knobeln um diesen Luxusartikel…
