La amabilidad del personal que facilitó mucho el tema de alimentación y las necesidades diarias
Se estropeó la caldera de agua caliente. Algunas familias con niños fueron ruidosas.

El lloc, espai, el tracte dels treballador i la seva bona disposició i colaboració.
Al tema del pagament. A booking surt un preu , et fa posar la tarjeta i és com per reservar el preu. En cap moment booking no diu que és paga a l'allotjament i que només fas una reserva.Després a la hora de pagar els preus que diu booking són diferents al que marca l'allotjament que són les tarifes bases de la web de l'allotjament. Aquesta situació és una mica incòmoda tant per els treballadors com per a mi que no m'agradat gens.

It is maybe me but I had not understood this was a sort of summer camp/hostel Breakfast was really industrial Rooms very very small!
