Location was perfect. Host (Jad) was wonderful and easy to contact. He maintained contact to make sure everything was going well. Apartment was neat, cosy, and amazingly stocked for all needs. It was delightful.

Lovely flat and good location close to the centre. This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this flat. It has a very homely feel - it feels like it could be your own flat rather than a holiday rental, especially now that more furnishings have been added and there is much more storage space for clothes etc. The bed is a sofa bed, but is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed. The bathroom and separate kitchen are spacious. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony where there is ample space for 2 people. Communication with Jad was very good before, during and after my stay. Will definitely be coming back again.

It was nice to feel like a Parisian living in a neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries, and shops just down the street in Montorgueil. Great access to various metro lines and for walking.

We had an amazing stay in this little apartment. It is convenient to 4 metro lines, but also walkable to so many things! Everything we needed was provided, the balcony was great for watching the activity on the street below, great restaurants right outside the door... We will be dreaming of this vacation for months to come. The pictures of this apartment are accurate. It is small but if you're looking for a perfectly situated home from which to explore Paris, this is it. There are also two small elevators in the building that consistently worked throughout our stay. They come in handy for reaching the 5th (in the US 6th) floor.
