The location was great, beds were comfy, private kitchen and dinning area for BBQ’s, beautiful wildlife walks
The tipi tents need updating and cleaned because of the mould stains. A bigger electrical area for charging phones, shower rooms need a good clean

Very clean, quiet space! Loads of room to play and lots of space between tents.
Shower cubicles a little dated but worked fine

Gem of a place. It's very rustic and off grid. We were sad to leave and would happily come back. We loved exploring the forest and playing swingball. The bell tents were perfect as was the kitchenette tent. Ian and Celia have really thought of everything. It's a great place to explore from too within easy access of lots of beaches etc. We loved every minute of being there.
The bathrooms could do with some modernising and maintenance but it's all part of the charm of the place. No complaints from us.

Excellent tent & eating area. Lovely grounds and welcoming owners.

It was quiet and in a lovely location
Kids loved being able to run around away from the main road. You could hear traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Had loads of lovely walks through the woods, and kids kept being nosey at the chickens... It had everything needed for cooking, which I thought was a bonus.
The only thing I'd suggest is maybe have a cool box there too for drinks.
Tents were bigger inside, then looked from outside, and aren't too far apart if you need 2 like I did for bigger families.
Would definitely visit again
Tbh, the bed in one my partner and I stayed could feel slats. However, I told him it was camping.
He said the men's toilet had a leak.
Our outdoor solar lights in the eating area did not work, but others did... maybe need looking at.

Getting a weekend away ,the site was amazing on first impressions . The owners were welcoming. The site was large with lots of pretental.
The grass around the tent was long, even though paths had been made a little more attention to detail would have given a better impression , there were also weeds around the tent which could have been treated, flower beds which could have looked better with some annual flowers instead of being left empty and unloved.
All minor things but could have added to our experience.
The tent itself was mouldy and the smell when we first opened the zip was awful,
this could have been helped with the use
of air fresheners or for the tent to be aired before our arrival.
( The smell did go after having the flaps open for sometime)
We except that on the day of our arrival it was raining but we were told by the owner that the weather had been wonderful for weeks before , so these jobs could in my opinion have been achieved in time for the camping season.
The shower units really need some sort of handrail to help you get up and down the steps it was quite tricky , the pole that the shower curtain is on was rusty.

We like everything specially the staff. Celia and Ian are very kind, lovely couple and owner of the Valley Bell Tent. My 9 year old daughter even had a play with Ian while me and my husband are washing our dishes. My family are first timer glampers and we are a bit nervous before how it will be like but we really enjoyed it. Specially cooking in the sweet little kitchen, star gazing in the night and hearing the sounds of birds singing. We loved it specially when you wake up in the morning, it is so refreshing as you comes out of the tent. You can smell the fresh grass and breath in a fresh air, and straight away you can see the sunrise and the beautiful nature. We also love the short drive supermarket in Kilgetty, and just as you comes out of the camp on the right turn about few minutes drive, they called it honest shop. That shop have a lot of good food there, like fresh vegetables, fruits and meat. They also have lovely milkshake that our kids loves.Saundersfoot beach is also quite near from the campsite. We enjoyed picking shells, but we preferred to stay longer in Tenby beach. It is sandy beach. My family enjoyed swimming, specially the kids playing the sand. Such a beautiful beach and offer a lot of things. There is also a Castle you can visit. We didn’t go because we didn’t have enough time. Instead we just made the best time we could ever have. One thing you must not miss while you are there is to buy the ice cream just by the beach. If you wanted fancy lunch or dinner. You can fine a lot of different lovely restaurant and pub where you can enjoy to sit down and eat after you get tired in the beach. We enjoyed walking and exploring a little bit on top of the hill where you fine lovely restaurants and, and shops. We definitely go back there again someday and next time it will be a week. We can also highly recommend The Valley Bell Tent. Thanks to Celia and Ian hospitality. Their service is brilliant! We wish them all the very best for their business. MP

This campsite is well located for trips to many beaches and day trip destinations.
There are only 4 tents so it isn't too busy which I liked.
There is a very interesting walk from the site to the sea via a national trust woodland garden.. Which you can also visit at night!
This is not the as glamorous as some glamping sites i have been to but it was less than half the price of them and it sure beats bringing the dozens of items required if you are self accommodating, you get a comfy bed or 3 and a decent sized space and kitchen area.
It's near to a noisy A road.
If you're after total peace and quiet this may not be for you.
It wouldn't stop me returning though

Such a friendly site. Well equipped. Great location. Would recommend a walk through the woods and down to Amroth beach
A bit of road noise but not enough to not make this campsite excellent value and a brilliant stay

Good location
Very dirty, tents felt dirty and damp as though they weren’t aired properly and had mould on them. Shower room not nice at all. Overall appearance of site unkempt. Solar lights didn’t work. The futon was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. We had to leave a day early as couldn’t take it anymore.

The location was spot on, only 15 mins from Tenby and easy to find. The facilities are basic and the tents fairly comfortable. Quirky, rustic and friendly site
Toilet block and showers were perhaps a little too basic but ok. Typical welsh weather but hey ho!

Campsite was in a lovely valley with great walks nearby. The outside cooking area was great too. The hists were very nice as well.
Only 1 gents and 1 ladies toilets. The quality of the showers was very poor, the water ran scalding hot then freezing cold then the water stopped flowing then scalding hot then freezing cold and so on.

Bell tent is nice and roomy and the little outside cooking tent is great. Lady who owns site was nice and helpful.
For what we paid, it’s really ‘ok’ for the price and we had a great weekend. It was a good place to use as a base.
There is only one gents and one ladies toilet on site. There are four bell tents and potentially the field could have had people could have had normal tents and other caravans. One toilet per gender is not enough.
There are four showers, one is dreadful (water pressure = about 3 drips a minute) and the others I would rate as ‘ok’ but both showers and toilets were kept clean and tidy.
The general site does not appear that well kept but maybe it was one of those weekends and they were just about to do it! The entrance is easily missed and overgrown on both sides as you drive in. The area around the bell tents is also a bit unkept, very long grass etc.
I would say that walking from this location to anyway is not that feasible and we drove everywhere. You could walk to Amroth but the site Pawnee informed us that the alpaca’s in the field with the path can be aggressive and have chased people, so not an ideal path to walk, especially with kids.
