Perfect stay for families

The apartment is located in a beautiful location and was spacious enough for our family of 4, with 2 grown-up boys. The property owner had even set the 2 couches as proper beds for my sons before we arrived. And she also surprised us with a jug of fruit juice and home-made swiss rolls with peach and cream. She was super-friendly and helped us even with our questions on our travel to Slovenia from there. The apartment had a fully fitted kitchen with utensils and whenever we had time back from our day trips, we cooked. If we are there in that area again, we would definitely book with her again.

The only thing which i could see as an improvement would be to have a washbasin in the toilet, to avoid going to bathroom to wash hands. But it is not a big deal.

Michaela was an exceptional host—warm, proactive, and always available when needed. The accommodation was incredibly peaceful, providing a truly comfortable stay. We also appreciated her flexibility, as she kindly allowed us to store our belongings after check-out. Highly recommended!

Great host and excellent property in the mountains

The property is really spacious and comfortable. Has all necessary facilities for a family, including all options for home cooking and eating. The location of the house is really nice, at the very top of the Flattach village. Has great views to the mountains around. Very warm in the rooms. We came with our 2 kids and they had their separate room, with 2 separate beds. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very useful for a family of 4. Although high in the mountain, the access to the property was very easy by car and just in 5 minutes drive from the supermarket and the restaurants of the Flattach village. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has direct access to the garden/yard of the property. The hose Michaela and her family live on the top floor, so if you need anything Michaela will gladly help you. As we came by our car, there is a nice parking space available just next to the property (free of charge). One thing in particular was very much appreciated by our small son (5 yrs age) — the neighbours had their own cows which were passing by every day. Our son was very happy to look at them, and they really gave natural feel for the mountain property and the place. For me and my big son was very useful to have 4–5 great ski resorts in 10 to 30 minutes drive by car. We managed to ski in a different ski area every day of our stay. Of course we went to the nearby Molltaler Gletscher (just 10 mins drive from the property), but we also went to the ski areas of Mallnitz (15 mins drive), Lienz (35 mins drive), Heiligenblut am Großglockner (30 mins drive). In the village of Flattach is located a big Intersport shop where one could rent ski equipment or buy some important staff. As we arrived late in the evening the local supermarket of ADEG was closed, we managed to have a good dinner at the pizza restaurant Mamma Mia. All in all, we had excellent Christmas holiday in Michaela's place. Will visit it again for sure.

The best place in the world if you want to escape from the city and relax

Everything was great. A spacious apartment equipped with literally everything you may need or not - even some games or toys for children. Everything was perfectly clean which is very uncommon. Host was friendly and helpful and I must say I have never been in such a quiet place - absolute quietness and darkness during nights. You can feel that the host simply cares about you. And the delicious welcome cake after long drive made my day :)

Určite sa sem vrátime cez zimné prázdniny.

Ubytovanie je v krásnom horskom prostredí. Pani domáca je veľmi milá, hneď nás ubytovala a poradila nám, ktoré miesta v okolí máme navštíviť. Lyžovačka na ľadovci Mölltal a Ankogeli bola fantastická.

Všetko bolo super.
