Ottima la posizione e le info fornite dal proprietario per parcheggi ristoranti ecc L'appartamento si trova appena dentro la zona ZTL di Ravenna che, essendo molto piccola, si gira tranquillamente a piedi e la casa risulta essere un buon punto di partenza. Apprezzata la presenza del condizionatore, ben funzionante.
L'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore. è un ultimo piano sottotetto quindi la parte perimetrale dell'appartamento è molto scomodo in quanto altezza forse 1mt. Nonostante il clima fosse abbastanza fresco durante la nostra permanenza, la camera risultava essere abbastanza calda. Presente cmq il condizionatore.
