It was an ok stay but not worth the price paid

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Spacious and we like that it has two bathrooms. Instructions were clear and getting in and out.

not worth the value. Amenities were limited. Lots of insects when we arrived including spiders, flies. One of the bathroom windows couldn’t close properly. Apartment seems clean on the surface but underneath the bed was super dusty that we got allergy. There was a nespresso machine but no capsule (although normal package coffee was given) there was washing machine but no detergent given.

Really a relaxing experience.

The property was within a stones throw of Westgate mall. Great central location. Property is stunning.

Spacious, great parking - uncomfortable temperatures control.

The property is very spacious. The parking is easy and extremely convenient - an excellent benefit.

Lack of climate control. Being on the 3rd floor with lots of windows and being a newer building without a lot of insulation there will be a struggle for comfort in winter or summer. Way toooooo hot in summer and many reviews mentioned heating issues in the winter. Also for me the beds were too hard. The apartment has two blinds that the cords are broken and the lock on the living room door to the patio is broken.

The Property is big and spacious and the location is second to none. It had everything you could need for a stay. Our host was quick to respond to our messages too.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and bright.. Loved the wrap around balcony - Great for enjoying morning coffee . Wonderful location very close to westmall,train,bus station and restaurants. Apartment was fully equipped, and management easy to contact.

we were cold on the Saturday afternoon when we got back. altering thermostats did not seem to help. so I think despite it being February the timers were set to not be on part of the day. current energy costs make this understandable but would have been better to have more control as we were cold.

Family celebration in Oxford

The Apartment is in a great location, very central for sight seeing in Oxford. It was very clean and well equipped. Lovely welcome from the host with free gift basket. The view from the apartment was stunning and really made our celebration special. It was really quiet and everywhere, even the stairwells, were so clean and fresh. Any questions we had were answered straight away. I would definitely recommend it.

A couple of minor points: We were staying for two nights and were given one set of towels each. Personally I would like a fresh towel each day. When we put our recycling out we were a bit concerned about the state of the bin store!

Ideal location for an Oxford city break.

The bedroom door's lock mechanism was not in the door and you had to hold it shut with a doorstop - not ideal and the bathroom door would not stay shut if not locked. We feel that this should be fixed to command the price charged.
