About this house rental
New house on one level, ideal for 2 families !!!! Located 400 m from the sea close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental, etc ....
Activities (according to the seasons):
- supervised beach with direct access to 400 meters
- cycle paths
- tree climbing
- salt marsh
- Puy du Fou at 1h 15
- Pier of Ile d'Yeu at 5 kms (Saint Gilles Cross of Life)
- Noirmoutier and its passage of Gois (30 min)
- Atlantic toboggan
- Quads, bowling, laser game etc ....
- and many other activities.
Sleeping area: 4 bedrooms:
1 room with bed 160 X 200 terrace access
1 room with bed 160 X 200 terrace access
1 bedroom with bunk bed 90 X 190 + 1 bed 90 X 190
1 room with bed 140 X 190 + 1 bed 90 X 190 (+ cot)

Corner day:
Fitted and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with flat screen. A garage with another fridge and washing machine.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin.
Outside:
1 swimming pool 7 X 3. 50 m (depth 1. 55 m) with dome to ensure the safety of the little ones. The temperature of the water depends on the weather because it is heated with the dome (usable from March / April to September). South facing wood terrace with garden furniture and plancha where you can enjoy your aperitifs and grills.
Completely enclosed land.

- Off season: 1 000 € / week
- Mid season (school holidays period): 1 200 € / week
- High season (July and August): 1,900 € / week

- Optional bed linen package: 100 €
- Tourist tax to pay on the day of arrival (0. 62 € / adult / day)

Hosts were amazing at check-in and the property was better than we expected. Great location and property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. If anything the property pictures do not do it justice! Lots to do in the local area for kids and adults with the wonderful beach only a 5/6 min walk away. Would highly recommend.

Aucun soucis de location, il manque peut-être une douche extérieure pour éviter de traverser la maison à la sortie de la piscine.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec nos petits enfants dans une belle maison et en plus très beau temps pour profiter au maximum de la piscine 👍
Nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs
