Wonderful buildind at nighttime, New room, nice parking, free welcome drink 24hrs at reception, nice bed, big bathtub with bubble function. And Full Series of POLA esst.Gold Amenity (Face and Body). Huge smart TV (~80inch) 👍

No Lift from 1st floor to 2nd floor (Parking to Reception on 2nd floor), I have 2 Big Luggages, so hard to carry via stairs. and If you come inside the room, you can't go out by yourself, must call reception ask for open it. To management or owner, please consider to fix this 2 serious issues.

This hotel was absolutely incredible — honestly, much better than many five-star hotels we have stayed in! We paid only around €43 for an enormous room. It was basically a full apartment: a huge bedroom with a massive TV, refrigerator and microwave, plus a separate living/dining area with a sofa, table and another TV. There was also a dedicated luggage area, which was incredibly convenient as we had several large suitcases with us. And then there was a small private sauna inside the room! The bathroom was huge as well, with a beautiful vanity area and everything you could possibly need. There was a hairdryer, hair straightener and curling iron, as well as an incredible selection of complimentary amenities: hair products, body lotion, makeup remover, face masks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash and so much more. The bathroom also had a separate toilet and an amazing hot tub, with bath salts provided. Everything was incredibly well thought out. Parking is completely free, which was another huge plus. We actually booked this hotel completely last minute because we were travelling towards South of Gifu and suddenly needed somewhere to stay. We absolutely did not expect much, but it turned out to be one of the biggest and best surprises of our trip. We ended up having such a relaxing evening and couldn’t believe how much we got for the price. You also get a complimentary drink when you arrive, which is included in the price. Anyway, the room, facilities, value for money and overall experience were absolutely exceptional.

There are only two things worth mentioning. First, you cannot simply leave the room whenever you want because the door remains locked unless you contact reception. This is part of the hotel’s policy, and the door can also be opened automatically when you check out through the TV, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. The second — and much bigger — downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast was really disappointing. If the breakfast had been good, this would easily have been a full 10/10 stay.
