The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast was a pleasant touch
I was disappointed that we weren’t informed in advance that the 24-hour front desk service is no longer available as of September 1st — especially considering this is a hotel, not just an apartment rental. On top of that, we lost access to one of the rooms and couldn’t use the other until the next day. We received no help or response from anyone during that time. Just imagine if we had only booked one room — we would’ve been stuck in the lobby for the night. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered to make up for the inconvenience, which was quite frustrating. While some of the staff were friendly in general, no one was helpful in this particular situation

We stayed in this got from 26th -29th of August . The hotel is very good, inside and out facilities and good . My son enjoyed aqua park a lot .Everything it’s very clean ,”Staff extremely hard working and kind people .The staff in reception are extremely helpful, we talked during these 2 days mostly we 2 receptionist- Alexander and Jorida - both have excellent communication skills, are were extremely friendly and helpful to us . All staff are in fact very good here - thank you to everyone for making our stay here very enjoyable. Ariana and family- Uk
