Villa is huge with lots of usable space, every room is ensuite. What was nice about the villa was that even with 15 people you still could get away and have your own space. The pool is large i do not think the pictures do it justice.
The outside space is good with balconies on every level and seating on each, driveway which is secure fitted two 9 seater minibuses with ease.
Beach is a short walk and although a little busy at weekends, during the week was a lot less busy.
Host was amenable and easily contactable.

The villa has lots of areas to relax, very spacious. The pool area is super. The villa really suits large groups of people. We were there with 16 people.
The only downfall with the villa is the poor air conditioning. The bedrooms downstairs in particular need attention. The fans in the other bedrooms but could be improved.
