The owner and the nanny looking after the owner's kids are very friendly. They helped me organise an electric scooter to get around the island. The nanny speaks decent English which makes asking questions easy. The room is cosy and clean. Location is good, maybe a 5 min walk to the port.
I would say that the price really wasn't commensurate to what you got, but this is Xiaoliuqiu on a weekend so what do you expect.

the property is centrally located, VERY close to the ferry terminal but I think the best thing about the property are the owners, always smiling and accommodating. There are free snacks and fruits at the entrance which are very tasty!
the facility offer scooter rental onsite.
A great value for money.
